great fun and can make you feel better.

and do your bit to Care4Air.

Cars can cause air pollution because they release harmful
gases into the environment. Most people use their cars more
than they need to, which makes the problem worse.
Try to encourage your family to leave the car at home for
short journeys, and to make one longer trip instead of several
little ones. Following these tips can help Care4Air!
Sharing cars can also help reduce air pollution. If you travel
to school in the car, ask your parent, guardian or school
about setting up a car sharing pool. You could pick up your
classmates on the way, instead of taking five separate cars.
Some cars are better for the environment than others. Old,
big cars often cause the most pollution, new electric cars
or hybrid vehicles are normally the most environmentally friendly.
